BIG SHOUT OUT TO Tricia & Daniel of TXR Inspections for coming out and inspecting our new roof... They found a couple discrepancies with the roof that didnt meet city ordnance. Roofers have been contacted & will be coming back out to get the discrepancies fixed but had I not thought to pay for my own Inspection with TXR Inspections, the discrepancies would have gone unchecked.If yall had hail damage & got your roof redone, definitely consider having TXR Inspections come out to inspect once the roof is completed!Great customer, very professional, very thorough, very friendly, & most importantly peace of mind equals money well spent when it comes to getting your inspection with TXR Inspections...Dont walk, RUN & get your new roof inspection scheduled ASAP with TXR Inspections 🙌 -

TXR Inspections is one of the best if not the best inspection company in the area. They are very professional and were able to give a quote in less than 10 minutes and be on site the same week. The other companies in the area were not anywhere near as professional or reasonably priced as TXR, we will be using them for all of our inspection needs going forward. -

Daniel was amazing! He came onsite to a warehouse our company was looking to purchase and spent the time to go through everything. He used various tools to check out the building like the slope of the slab, and get different views of the roof of the warehouse. After going through his inspection, he walked through the items that is of concern with me and spent the time to explain everything. It is great to be working with an inspector that has our best interest in mind especially with a large investment property like the one we have under contract. Would not hesitate at all working with Daniel and TXR Inspection again! -

I’m a first time home buyer and called several inspectors to get the right one. Daniel at TXR Inspections is exactly who I needed. First, they answered the phone on a holiday (bonus), he was eager for me to be with him for the entire inspection, and he was very clear about what I was getting for my money. On the day of the inspection Daniel was early, professional, and also very patient with me as he took me around the house and explained everything. In the end I knew exactly what I was buying and how to maintain it. If you need an inspection, especially if it’s your first home, do yourself a favor and hire TXR Inspections. Worth every penny! P.S. Spring for the whole thermal scan… it’s worth it. -
