    Very pleased with our inspection with Mr. Tramel. We were a little reluctant to have an inspection done since the house is new, but we’re glad we did since he found quite a few things wrong. The report was very detailed, which made it very easy to let the builder know what we wanted repaired.

    My wife and I recently went under contract for a home in Killeen and were provided with a list of inspectors in the area. We did our research and are not at all disappointed with our decision. Mr. Tramel was incredibly knowledgeable of any codes or suggested home requirements needed to be met. He was also a very upfront man addressing any and all issues, accompanied with solutions and suggestions. I would highly recommend Mr. Tramel to any new home owners.

    We used Tramel Property Inspections for an existing home inspection prior to purchase. I was beyond impressed with their report, their professionalism and their responsiveness to our concerns. We live in California and were not in Texas so I asked him to be our eyes during this inspection. We got an incredibly thorough inspection and Glenn went above and beyond to call me once hed finished the inspection since Id asked if he would check for a linen closet and coat closet that were not visible in home photos. During the phone call, he also gave me his preliminary concerns before actually sending me the report. Based on what he found, we did not proceed with purchase of this home. When we found another, we hired Glenn again to inspect it. I highly recommend him. You are in very good hands and I completely trust him. You can also feel good because youre supporting a veteran owned business, too.

    I cant say enough good things about Glenn and Tramel Property Inspections. First off, the scheduling of the inspection went very smoothly. We were able to get in pretty quickly on their schedule.Glen was on time to the inspection and was incredibly thorough. He also took time to explain everything to us and answer our many questions. He was not rushed at all, which we appreciated.The home we are trying to buy was just inspected several months prior by a different inspector. Glen found things this person missed. We were shocked. We almost didnt get another inspection since the other was so recent, but we sure are glad we did!After carefully going through the house, the next day Glenn sent us the most detailed inspection report I have ever seen. It was well laid out via PDF and was well written. It also included photographs to illustrate the problem areas. It was truly impressive. I highly recommend Glenn and his team to anyone serious about having a thorough pre-purchase home inspection.

    We purchased our house five month ago and I wanted to wait to see how our move-in and initial use of the house went before reviewing. Luckily, my initial thoughts have been validated - The TPI team did a GREAT job. From what he found, we were able to have an open and honest negotiation with the former owners and we walked into the sale eyes wide open. Now, five months later, we have not found ONE THING that Christopher didnt find find in his inspection - and better yet, we know exactly what is on our long term to do list thanks to the amount of items he found.Thank you for such a great and thorough job!!!!

    Getting ready to close on a newly constructed home and I wanted a professional set of eyes to give it a thorough inspection. I picked Chris Tramel based on his past reviews and I was not disappointed. Chris did a fantastic job identifying issues and deficiencies that were not addressed by the builder. Attention to detail is his mantra and he inspected everything from the peak of the roof to the subterranean piping. Additionally, he pointed out routine maintenance items that needed to be performed in the future to maintain the property in peak condition. He was also very informative on recent building code changes. Lastly, his report was extremely thorough and included numerous detailed photos. I highly recommend Chris if you are in the market for a home inspection for either a newly built or existing property. You wont be disappointed.

    I am normally not one to write a review, but my experience was so great I felt it was necessary. My husband and I were pcs-ing from Ft.Benning to Ft.Hood and were buying a house we had only seen online, in pictures. We knew we wanted the house, but there were a few things we were unsure about since we were not there to see it in person. We had heard from a friend of a friend that Tramel Property Inspections was one of the best in the Killeen area, so we decided to go with them. They totally understood our concerns about not being able to be there to view the property. Not only was their inspection report thorough, but there were a lot of pictures. They even sent us a video of their walk thru, so it was like we were right there with them! They definitely went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them!
