Earl arrived on time and completed a very through inspection of our new home. He found things we did not even think to look for. He was very personable and knowledgeable in the field and we felt confident hiring him to do the job. He has very fair prices and I would absolutely hire him again. I will be recommending him to my family and friends for sure.He completed the inspection in the expected amount of time and checked every single outlet. Keep in mind depending on home size inspections will take a few hours.He guided us through our home after the inspection was complete and specifically pointed out and explained what issues existed and what steps we would need to take next. He took a lot of very good quality photos. The final report arrived quickly and was formatted wonderfully. It was organized, professional and very easy to read and follow. Thank you so much Top Choice Inspection (Mr. Earl) for completing our first home inspection! My husband and I were feeling unsure about our first inspection on our first home buy, but after I spoke to Mr. Earl he guaranteed us a full service inspection with warranties and we were more than ready to go forward with the process! Everything went so GREAT!!! We couldnt be more happier with Top Choice Inspection!!!

Mr. Hughes did a home and pool/spa inspection for us. He was very professional and very well-informed. My husband is a veteran and I work for the VA, so when we saw that he is also a veteran, we wanted to support his business. He gave us a 10% veteran discount which we werent even aware he offered. His report was thorough, timely (report produced the same day), and he offered advice to ensure our home will be protected in the future. He went above and beyond what he is required to do under his license (i.e, checked every single outlet and switch, etc.). He has a covid conscious business which we valued as well. He has warrantees which doesnt come with other companies and the cost was much less than his competition - but MUCH better service! We are very happy with Mr. Hughes and Top Choice Inspection!

Earl was truly fantastic. Earl inspected my new build home in 3 phases and each time in between would spend time on the phone with my answering all of my questions. He had patience with my questions and this I really appreciated. Earl knows what he’s talking about and each time I would get off the phone or he inspected my home, I felt at ease knowing my home was going to be ok and safe. Besides the fact that he knows what he’s doing, and he does it right, he simply is professional, kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the whole process of each phase in your new home construction. I would highly recommend Top Choice Inspection, Earl for your inspection needs. I look forward to using him again at my 11 month inspection check up! Thank you again, Earl for all of your hard work! Earl provided excellent customer service. He actually spent his own time completing the inspection the day before we were scheduled to meet so he was familiar with the property when we showed up. He photographed the property pre-cover as well so wed have a picture library for future reference. Even after turning over the final report and receiving payment, Earl continued to answer questions, do additional research on our behalf, and personally deliver back-up materials. Very pleasant to work with!

I highly recommend Top Choice Inspection. They respond to your call quickly. Worked in my time frame. Mr. Hughes is honest and dependable and offered other options that other inspectors did not offer. Most of all he is thorough and got his report to me quickly.
