Im buying a house and was unfamiliar with how the process worked ,Tim, on his day off, helped me by rushing to the property and performing an inspection before my walk-through. He found items that would cost me thousands on a new home. Things like the roof had hail damage and an gas line installed incorrectly. Dont skip your inspection. Make sure you get Tim, he is thorough, honest, professional and all around great.

Tim inspected my home for my end of year warranty. I wish he had done my before closing inspection. He was very thorough and explained in detail the items he discovered. He offered suggestions for non-warranty items and was so quick to respond to some questions the following day, and it was Thanksgiving! Its obvious that Tim takes great pride in his profession and actually cares deeply about providing an excellent service to his customers. I would highly recommend Tim to look over your home either before closing or after.

I will definitely use Tim for future inspections and highly recommend his services. He is professional, thorough, and most importantly has a servant’s heart and spirit. From the moment I spoke to Tim I knew he was the one I wanted to do my new home inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I also called him multiple times after the inspection with questions and he was available each time to answer my questions. He even went back out to do a follow up evaluation on an area of concern. He is passionate about his work and above that has a genuine concern for people. This is definitely more than just a job to him. Tim was very thorough and professional and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. This was our forever home but I will be using him for my 11 month inspection as well. We recently purchased a new home and Tim assist us with our inspection. Very professional, was able to provide us with the report quick (same day) since we were in crunch time with closing upon us. He was very detail on the report, pictures were clear and he took the time to walk the home with our builder and pointed out his finding (all was repaired), also walked the home with my husband and gave us safety tips for the future to make sure we could enjoy our home.Before closing, we had concerns about repairs and Tim answer all of our questions!Tim, followed up with us after closing to make sure all was taken care of. It was a pleasure to work with Tim!

He returned our call within a half an hour and we were able to set an appointment for the next day.He set up an account online with us, which I found very effcient, organized and quick to use.We met with him after he had finished his inspection where he walked us through his findings in the house. He answered each question . Showed us everything he inspected and stated our report would be available to us in our on line account that evening--which it was.Tims a professional in every aspect. If I may, I would like to speak to anyone who is considering using you in their inspection process.As of October 26, 2018 I am currently relocating to Dallas from out of state and my realtor recommended that I call Tim for my home inspection.
