We had a 10 month inspection conducted on our new home prior to meeting with our builder on any problems we may be having with the home.John was amazing, as he went through the entire home from the roof, atic, under the home, inside and out. He then met with us giving us tips on how to maintain the furnace and other devices as well as pointed out the things that need to be corrected. That night John sent the inspection via email to us. We now have peace of mind we do not have major issues someplace in the house. Thank you John for being so thorough!

Excellent, thorough inspection! Superb, easy-to-understand reports clearly show whats essential to fix before selling, and whats optional. Adam went everywhere, including under the house. The next day he sent us 2 documents: a short summary, and the full report (including summary and details). Both are printable. The summary gives main issues in color-coded sections for an overall view. In the long full report, the summary is followed by well-organized sections with helpful details and many photos. He includes extremely helpful explanations (for example, the HVAC manufacturer went out of business long ago, so our system is probably 50+ years old). Were delighted with Sterling Inspection Groups careful inspection and report, and will definitely call them again whenever we need a house inspected!
