I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of the inspection Larry provided. We were in another state helping our relative purchase a new home and had to rely on someone to provide a quality, in-depth inspection for us while so far away. Larry came on fairly short notice and even did a video chat so we could see some areas we needed to focus on in the new home. The inspection report was detailed and I appreciated the new aerial photos he provided. Overall great job! I highly recommend Larry for anyone wanting a thorough home inspection!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My family and I chose Texas Valor Inspection Services to inspect our new home after our buyer chose TVIS to inspect the home we were selling. Larry was very thorough, respectable, and affordable. His response time is quick, and he arrives on time or earlier. His inspection report is extremely easy to read and understand. It is a great to see all angles of the house with the use of his drone, and all his pictures are pinpointed with arrows that clearly explain the description of the inspected areas. I have owned many houses over the years and every house gets a home inspection before I close. So far all of the inspectors that I have worked with have been great. I had the pleasure to work with TexasValor on the latest home, and they really did an awesome job. I wanted to provide some of the key points working with them.1. I called Texas Valor, and within an hour I got a call back from the owner. We talked about their services, and agreed to move forward. Within an hour, I had the contract and signed it. I really liked the fact that I was able to sign the contract and pay the fee online.2. One the inspection was done, I called Larry (the inspector) and I got the inspection report in minutes. Larry was kind enough to go through the entire 31 page report with me over the phone line by line. He was very detailed in his explanations of what he found so that I could properly articulate it to the builder. I like the fact that his software automatically built a report summary page at the end of the report that I could use to give to the builder.3. There was one issue that we were concerned with regarding the Flashing on the house. We were missing the drip caps on the top of the window framing, and it was questionable as to whether or not the builder would be willing to make those changes. Larry went the extra mile and did some research into the building codes, and sent me the information needed to take this issue to the builder properly. He is not an expert on building codes, but just taking the time to do some additional research and providing me the information really says a lot about how he approaches things and how he wants to make sure that all of his customers are more than satisfied.Anyone that is looking for a home inspection, Larry is the one to call!

My new home was coming to the end of its 1 Year Warranty and I wanted to get my home inspected prior. Larry with Texas Valor was recommended by a lot of people I know and didnt know. I got to say, I was glad I chose Texas Valor to get the inspection done. Larry was very knowledgeable with everything he was doing. He let me tag along as long as I wanted to see how the inspection process went. (I only hung out a few times to not distract him from his inspection). But the whole process he was explaining things he saw. Larry was very professional from the time he rolled up, till the time he left. Larry was super quick in returning my call and getting out to my residence to survey the damage with his drone.And within hours he sent me several high resolution photos, taken from the drone, and was honest in the fact that I need to get repairs done soon.And with those photos from his drone, that he sent directly to my phone, I was able to see first hand the damage and necessity getting the claim started.With Larry’s drone service I was able to get the claim process started within minutes after getting home.Larry, thank you for helping protect my home 🙏🏻

Im so fortunate to have come across Michael at Texas Valor. He is awesome! He inspected my home, pool, and sprinkler system. He showed up promptly, and he was very kind and knowlegeable. He used drones to capture pictures in areas that were hard to reach. Michael took all the time I needed to explain his report to me. Being Out of State buyer, home buying experience in Leander, TX was extremely challenging to say the least. It was vital for us to obtain accurate and thorough property inspection prior to closing the home purchase.Michael inspected the property, took pictures, wrote an extensive report and went over each of his findings in simple terms so that we could exactly understand the work that would have to be done after home purchase. His guidance was paramount and to our decision in purchasing the home.While getting the interior painted, contractor found water leak in the ceiling due to which the paint had just started peeling off.Upon request, Michael went back and inspected the damage at no additional charge. His assessment was spot on. Water leak was from HVAC unit and draining the line with vinegar solution cleared the clogged condensate drain.Michael is a professional and his thorough and details assessment made us feel assured that the home we were about to close was in good moving condition.
