    Steve and Matthew came and inspected my wife’s and my first house we’re purchasing together. I had given most of my info to the first person I spoke to (Julia?) and when I called back, I got someone else (Aaron?). I was thinking I would have to stat over & create a new file. But their system allowed Aaron(?) to pull up everything based on just my name, and he picked up right where I had left off to finish scheduling the inspection. I called on Thursday late afternoon, and the inspection was scheduled for Monday morning. Very timely!

    I cannot say enough good things about Texas Professional Inspections! My fiancé and I are first time home buyers that are buying a new construction home in Bryan, TX. We had a different company perform a framing inspection early in our build process and were not impressed with their professionalism or quality. We decided to take a chance on TPI for our final inspection and I am so glad we did! We worked with Alex McCarty. The amount of attention to detail he paid to each aspect of our home was phenomenal. They are not only quick to schedule the inspection, but their turn around time for receiving the inspection report is tremendously quick.... usually the day of the inspection. Each inspector has always been punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly thorough. As a realtor, it is important to me that each of my clients feel like they can walk away from an inspection and clearly understand the state of the home that they are buying. TPIs inspectors have always taken as much time as needed to answer buyers questions and discuss concerns while walking them through each area of the property.     Friendly, thorough, and competitive pricing. No issues so far, happy I went with TPI!Update: after living in the home for a few months, I noticed some things that were missed on the inspection. Some were minor, but a couple were issues that led to water damage because I was unaware of them. They did note on the report that the toilet was rocking, but told me that wasn’t an issue. What was actually happening was that the flange was cracked in two pieces under the toilet and the subfloor was spongey. They also missed the caulking on the shower drain Pan that didn’t completely cover the tile grout leading to mold stains there.
