    I had a home inspection today and they were early. This is my first home and I had allot of questions. They never showed any signs of annoyance or aggravation with my questions. They also gave me perspective on what was most pertinent and what I really didnt need to worry about. They were very thorough and detailed in their process. I actually learned allot today about what goes into a home to build it and maintain it. Plus they also did septic and well inspections and were able to put my mind at ease with as well. Their price is the most affordable for the anyone that has well and septic cause they bundle it all together. Compared to the other companies I looked at they are the most thorough and affordable. High recommend them.

    Texas Country Inspection, LLC. are absolutely fantastic. They were prompt and professional from start to finish. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their work of conducting home inspections. They were very patient in explaining things to my wife and I. It was surprising to see how fast they delivered the formal report. They are definitely one of the best values for the money I have experienced. Closest thing to a sure thing I know of. You wont be disappointed!!

    We were looking at buying a house that seemed beautiful but after the very thorough home inspection we realized the house had so many major flaws that we werent ready to deal with so we backed out of the contract. Although I was upset that we had gotten that far only to start all over but I believe that was the best money we ever spent. We are still looking for a home and I will definitely use them again because they were very thorough and professional.

    These guys did an amazing job on our home inspection. Very friendly and thorough and would explain some of the issues very clearly, took many pictures and put them in the report.     Buying a house can be scary! Finding a company to do a reliable inspection covering all areas of a house is essential. Texas County Inspection did an amazing job! They went over every detail, every crack, every corner, every inch of the house inside and out. They gave me an honest and factual report. I can now move forward with the knowledge in hand to make good decisions based not only on one inspectors report, but two knowledgeable inspectors reports.     Contacted Rick Placette II through a friend at work for my home inspection and he picked up immediately and gave me a quote in like 5 minutes after looking up the house, the inspection was done quickly and CORRECTLY. His wife Heather was very informative about what was going on while i was at the inspection, moving on to the Report itself it was very detailed and thorough, i would recommend using this inspection company for any of your home inspection needs. Rick also did a bug inspection and wrote a full detailed report of it as well. Very good job and me and my wife thank Rick and Heather so much

    Im not from Beaumont and I needed an inspection on a home that I was under contract for so I took a chance on Texas Country Inspection and Im glad I did they uncovered things that I didnt see when touring the home. The home had termite infestation that was not disclosed in the Sellers disclosure. The inspection and termite report saved me thousands of my hard earned dollars. I recommend getting both reports regardless of the age of the home because this home was a 2010 year built home. The service was professional and the reports were produced timely.

    Home Inspection for purchase of older existing home.I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness given to me by the company. In the world of big box business it is nice to still have caring and professional personal service.I was unable to see the home before the offer and my inspection was very important to me. I was told it was a lived in fixer and needed some love.The inspection showed it was home with unacceptable roof, wiring, plumbing, hvac, foundation and possibly black mold. The doors appliances and most electrical and plumbing fixtures would have to be replaced and all 3 circuit panels would also have to be replaced.The seller did not agree and sent his own inspector. The sellers inspector confirmed that the house was unlivable. The insurance company refused to cover the home and a mortgage was not an option.Because of this inspection I was able to make an educated decision about one of the largest and most important decisions of my life.I texted and got clarification and had 2 great phone conversationsI ended up terminating the contractIf I were a younger man without 3 little kids this would have made a great 2 year fixer projectI highly recommend

    They were awesome for me and my wife being a young couple buying our fist home with not know much of anything. They were so helpful and really cheacked everything. Termites, electrical, wood rott, sewage and water well they did the whole 9 yards and not a bad price i was thinking it was going to be way more because most companies ive found wont do everything like they did i recommend them to anyone buying a house.     Moving from Florida to Texas was a tremendous undertaking. Richard was recommended to me by another veteran. I contact Heather, and she was very responsive to my questions, and I was able to get the home inspected within a few days. Needless to say, after Richard went in and ripped the house apart, finding significant flaws, I walked away. The first house didnt deter me. It gave me confidence that no matter what home I picked next, Richard would do a great job, and I would know what I was buying. I found my forever home, which was outside the area that Richard usually do inspections. I contacted Heather once again, asking if Richard would be willing to travel. (Dont tell anybody, lol) He agreed to go for me, which took so much pressure off my shoulders. He was able to go the next week, and this time, my home was in excellent condition. I will recommend Richard and Heather to anyone. Having Richard doing your inspections is as close to a guarantee you will get on your home purchase
