We had David Smith inspect our home and I could not have been more pleased. Everyone we dealt with from setting up the appointment to David himself was super friendly and helpful. We had never had a home inspection done before but I was very impressed by the details and amount of pictures included in the report. We spoke to David after the inspection and he was very knowledgeable and gave us his honest professional opinions. I would recommend them to anyone

Was referred to Sweet Home Inspectors by a friend and was very satisfied with the work. They were professional, helpful, and very experienced. I attended the inspection and got a lot of useful information and help with how to maintain the house after moving in. Jerry walked me through each step of the process and let me know what he was looking for and how to determine any issues with the build construction. I will definitely be using them again for a warranty inspection and any other home I purchase in the area. Would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a new home!

My husband and I have used Mike Elmore from Sweet Home Inspectors of Texas as our inspector twice. He was very professional, right on time, and honest. Mike answered all our questions and explained all the details of what he discovered during inspection. You can easily schedule, pay, and view your completed documents online. I highly recommend their services when purchasing a new home especially since they encourage your attendance during the inspection.

Fantastic experience with Russell inspecting a home for me. He was prompt, extremely thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He had no problem answering my questions and gave me a full tour of the home at the end of our time, pointing out all flaws and concerns with the property. I received a 44-page report at the end of the day with in-depth explanations of all issues with the home, each with a photo. Dont skip out on the termite and thermal scan!
