    Derrick was extremely professional and gave us the through inspection we hoped for. We purchased our first home that is a new construction so it was important for us to have a company/person we can trust do our inspection. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any home inspection. The contractors that had remodeled our home had cut many corners and Derrick’s keen eye caught many mistakes and out-of-code issues that we would have never noticed until it was too late!     I needed a inspection on a home that was moving fast and nearing the closing date. Superior came out and had my inspection completed with a phone call review that same day and all information was forwarded to the lender offices before 5pm that day. Everything worked out well.     Whiles the overall inspection was good, a closer look should have been done of the garage door opener. It went out a couple of weeks after closing. If it had been inspected by taking the cover off that damage would have been seen. I will also in the future have a separate pool equient inspection. One that was not included in the general inspection. Otherwise pleased with the service.
