    We were in the process of selling our home. The home had a small portion of stucco siding. While we had maintain the sealing and paint for the 8 years we owned the home and there were no signs of a problem the buyer was still concerned. SPI, Alden, was recommended by a stucco repair company. We had quick response, constant communication, great clear explanation, great quality of workmanship, great cost that verified we had no problem and our constant maintenance had paid off. Aldens final report was great too. Also I should mote that they used two test method. Ask him about them.

    I received the visit for the inspection on time. 2 engineers came. The inspection was very thorough. I was explained all the process in detail. Their report came next day but before leaving they went through everything they did and provided a summary of their findings and answered all my questions. They were very professional and respectful of our belongings. Replacing any furniture they needed to move exactly as they found it.Although they identified a couple of repairs I did not expect, the overall repair effort is lower than we had anticipated.     Alden was punctual and would contact you if the job before your appointment has finished and he can go to your dwelling at an earlier time, which can be another option. Both Alden and Tony were thorough in explaining the stucco issues for my house and patient with informing me the remedies that can possibly happen. The only thing that I would like to have happened was for them to have access to a longer ladder to reach areas, such as the exterior of the third floor. In doing so, well have a better comprehensive report to supply to the stucco repair contractors.
