Omar was great, very thorough, and even answered additional questions after hours. He came by after the initial inspection to update his report with new photos so our builder had the proof needed for repairs. We were able to discover a wall that was missing insulation 11 months after moving in that got fixed! This was missed by our first inspector on initial move in. Would recommend to all of our friends and family. If youre looking for a thorough inspector, Omar is your guy. -

I have no words but I have so many words :-)Our experience with Straight 4Ward Property Inspections was superb. The inspector Omar was prompt, efficient, detailed, diligent and more. The amount of detail provided in our inspection report with definitions and photos was easy to read and translate to the builder for resolve. He came in and got busy while in his zone in which we stayed out the way but he did call my husband over to explain some functionality of the home that our builder couldnt explain which was amazing.We appreciate the amazing work and quality of work and have already referred the company to everyone we know and have met in our new community. -
