    Jeff did a great job inspecting the new home we are buying. He was very thorough and pointed out some things I wouldnt even think about. He was timely and I met up with him toward the end of the inspection and he pointed the major concerns out in person along with the detailed inspection report he provided. He included good pictures to point out the deficiencies and to point out things that have been repaired above and beyond expectations. He also checked the AC system with a thermal camera. I would highly recommend Jeff for your home inspection needs.

    Jeffs home inspection was the least stressful part of buying our first home. I called around and found his price was very competitive. What made me go with Jeff was the technology he uses to perform his inspections. He was very thorough and professional. His inspection report was very detailed and easy to read.     Jeff was the best home inspection service I’ve ever used. I’ve just moved to Houston from Cincinnati Ohio. I was never pleased with any home inspections with homes I bought there. They weren’t thorough and worth the money. Jeff did an excellent job. I highly recommend him!

    Jeff was awesome very courteous and professional. He has a personality like we have known each other for some time. I was in awe that upon entrance of my home he took his shoes off which i thought was truley genuine and showed he has respect for a persons home. I expressed my concerns and he explained how thimgs worked in a brand new home which i appreciated. If i know someone who is needing an inspection I plan on definitely passing his contact info along.
