Highly recommend this service.As a first-time homebuyer, I recently had the pleasure of working with a professional home inspector who provided me with an extremely thorough and detailed inspection report. I cannot recommend this service enough.The inspector arrived promptly and immediately put me at ease with their friendly and approachable demeanor. They patiently walked me through every step of the inspection process, explaining what they were looking for and why it mattered. They encouraged me to ask questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything.The report itself was extremely comprehensive, covering every aspect of the property from top to bottom. The inspector provided detailed descriptions of any issues they found, along with clear and concise recommendations for how to address them. Brent is very thorough and professional. He explains a lot of things in details, especially if you are first time home buyer, there are lot of vocabulary and acronyms that will catch one off-guard, he will explain everything. I will strongly suggest anyone to go with him, very reasonable price, professional, responsive and detailed.

Kevan provided superior home inspection services on our new construction build. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. We received a very detailed report and he was able to explain the issues in laymans terms for us. This provided much needed peace of mind and helped us to address unforeseen issues on our first walk through with the builder. You dont think you need a home inspection on a new build but as we found out, you certainly do. There are a lot of things you dont see with an untrained eye so It was well worth the investment in his services.

Brent did a very thorough inspection of the property, explaining everything to us after the inspection. We were very happy witih his work, and it was a pleasure working with him. He has inspected two properties for us, and kept us from making a huge and costly mistake on one property, where we terminated our offer due to the number and expense of all the problems undisclosed by the seller. Great job times two!!!
