They provided a quote over the telephone and were able to explain exactly what was covered in the cost. They were able to get my facility inspected under a tight timeline and when they arrived the inspectors were on time and professional in their appearance and demeanor. Their approach to the multiple building inspection was systematic and they did not leave any area uninspected. The report was detailed to the extend that we could tell the make and model of all equipment that was inspected which is a major help when scheduling services if recommended. So many positive things to say about this company and it’s staff that it would take an essay to express my gratitude on their service and experience! When you call to schedule an appointment, you don’t get an answer from your typical admin person, the person taking the call is both knowledgeable and experienced in the inspection process, so you will get more info than you bargain for. They allow you to stay during the process and answer any and all question before, during and after the inspection. Remember to most a home purchase is their biggest investment and having a good inspection is the first step, so don’t trust anyone and call these guys, to have a peace of mind on your new purchase!

Unfortunately, after a week without a update, I reached out again, specifying the correction needed. To my disappointment, not only was the initial mistake not rectified, but my first name was also misspelled in the response.This raises concerns for me, as attention to detail is crucial in the inspection process. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as clear communication and precision are vital in this industry.

I do understand that this inspection was for a conventional loan and an FHA inspection might have been more detailed, but I assumed that I was paying to get the good bad and ugly about this place. This is our first home and of course it’s our first inspection and the way this all went was just waaay too easy. I received text messages confirmations for everything, received a call when our inspector Nathan arrived and he asked if there was anything that we seen that might concern us and ended the call with setting a time to meet to go over the report. Walking through the report was great, the pictures had arrows, the report had serial numbers, manufacturers, model info and all the information that we would need if have to replace or fix in the future.
