Mr. Hoff, wife and son did an awesome job with the inspection. They were very professional. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate the house inside and out. Their report was informative and precise. Simplex Inspection Services did an outstanding job identifying my new homes concerns. The report was detailed, easy to understand and was delivered fast. Mr. Micheal and Mrs. Patricia were amazing to work with! Money well spent ! He was very informative on the inspections and reports while on site with him he explained his concerns and codes. He has some amazing tools to do the job accurately and professionally. It was hard to find someone who listened to my concerns, as well as someone who was certified to inspect wells , and septics ! They worked great and so quick (next day quick) to get a structural and basic inspection of a mobile home. They spent 4 hours combing through the home. It was GREAT! They walked through everything with us, and any questions we had they readdressed everything. I couldnt find a complaint if I tried!!! We got our report next day too.

Absolutely impressed! Michael and Patty responded quickly with our request for an inspection for our home. They arrived to my home on the day of inspection right on time-very prompt. Both are extremely friendly, thorough and take their time to do the job right. When I had questions, they both took the time to explain. They both explained the job as well. I am very happy with their work, their attitude and their honesty. I recommend this company!

My wife and I are purchasing a new home and hired A Ok Simplex Inspections to inspect this past weekend. We were glad to hear that they preferred us to be present so they could discuss with us in person any deficiencies that arose during the inspection. The inspector was knowledgeable and took great care throughout the job. We received the report less than 1 business day later and it was very thorough and professionally done. I would recommend them to anybody in the area in need of a certified inspectors services.

I hired A OK Simplex to complete a home inspection on our soon to be new home. They were able to schedule it quickly for just 2 days later. I was able to get there on inspection day as they were wrapping up the inspection. All three inspectors walked with me through the interior and exterior of the home and explained each thing that was found and answered all of my questions. The septic system failed initially and after the repairs, Michael and Patricia went back out to re-inspect the same day.This is our first home purchase, which is a daunting and stressful task. The inspection duo has made this a lot less stressful with their knowledge and willingness to answer any questions.I am so glad that we found a knowledgeable group of people to handle this for us and I would recommend them to anyone!

I received a call as soon as he was done at which point he gave me a thorough summary of key issues. I received the report the next day.
