We decided to go with jason cooley from SETX homes. We are first time home buyers and let me just say he was amazing! He walked us through every thing we needed to know about our new home. He was also very welcoming to first time home buyers. Not to mention he even got our report back in a timely manner, and was able to come and do the report within the same day we had called him. You could tell he knew what he was talking about! He is definitely going to be our go to guy for anything along this aspect!! -

I am currently in the process of buying my first home on my own. This is an incredibly scary experience, but Mr. Jason was awesome! I met him as the inspection was over and he went through everything with me from minor to major issues. He also sent me a very detailed report with pictures of the areas of concern and noted what could be done. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Im very impressed and would definitely recommend his service. -

Jason provided a superior service as a home inspector. He was very thorough and professional in his work, providing a fast turnaround on his comprehensive report. I used his web-based software to make a request list to send to my builder. That was very handy for them and for me to keep track of the necessary changes. He could also write a new homeowner guide for caring and maintaining my new investment, as he provided numerous tips in his report, too! His wife/partner, Wendy, was also a great help and incredibly friendly in getting things coordinated. -

Jason & Wendy Cooley were excellent! They are extremely thorough and exceeded our expectations. They absolutely pay attention to every detail big & small. He explains everything they find perfectly during the walk through & without making you feel lost in the conversation. From the moment I called to schedule my inspection I knew I was choosing the right company. Mrs. Cooley was very patient and understanding to the fact that this was my very first time and honestly I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect when finding the right inspector. Knowing this, she immediately explained the process. On the morning of the inspection both Mr. and Mrs. Cooley were there and made my fiance and I feel so comfortable it almost felt like we were talking to people we knew for years. As we began the walk through Mr. Cooley gave a thorough explanation of everything that needed attention in the home and also answered many questions that we had. The report was given in a timely manner and of course I needed help on the website so I made a call and again, Mr. Cooley was available and ready to assist me with any questions I had. We really appreciated all of the advice and suggestions that were given by both Mr. Cooley and his wife. Both he and his wife were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would most definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for inspectors that are willing to go above and beyond to insure their clients are satisfied. -
