    Top notch service. Needed a non-standard inspection, just to put eyes on a location. After my call, they were out within 48H and did the inspection. Within 72H I had the report and images. Would recommend and re-use them anytime.

Because we were coming in town from Alabama, Charles agreed to meet us on Sunday, Father’s Day, to perform our home inspection.     Scheduling was incredibly easy, it was almost a last minute thing for me and they were able to work me in with no problems at all. Charles the inspector came out, he looked professional and conducted business as such. He was extensive with his inspection and prompt with his report getting it back to me later that evening. I booked this appointment with Nicole a few days ago she was very nice to talk to, she got it all worked out for me and gave me the best deal in town by far!     Our inspector was incredibly thorough and and provided a fully photographed and detailed description of every deficiency. He really inspected every nook and cranny imaginable. When Charles came back to meet me at our second property with Secured Inspections, he dug deep and found some things i overlooked, plus electrical issues that helped in final negotiations, not to mention a useful guide for DIY. I highly recommend this company! I will use them on the next one.

    If youre looking for an inspection company that is prompt, professional, has the latest and greatest equipment, and will speak and explain things to you like an ordinary person, look no further.My inspector Charles was quick to communicate with times, quotes, and any questions even before the inspection was performed. He knew time is of the essence and is working for you from day 1. Charles went above and beyond for us, crawling through 120 degree attics, or getting dirty in a tiny crawlspace underneath the house to check all the vital systems. Did it with a smile and took the time to explain things, was very familiar with the construction of the house and what was right/wrong. Was very thorough even brought out the FLIR technology equipment and an aerial drone too!Had my inspection done late in the day and the report was ready by the next day. Im using Charles from Secured Inspections for all my future housed, glad I found him!
