    I bought a 1956 home and used Reinhart home inspection to inspect the house. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions related to the items that needed repairs. They were efficient, interactive, and thorough during the inspection and explained their findings as we went along in layman’s terms and had the local code manual to reference at hand should they need it.Their report was well written and covered everything in both writing and in pictures to support their findings.We are more than happy with their professionalism displayed during both their inspection as well as their report.     EDIT. We have now been in our house for a week. Thank goodness we got a home warranty. I’m not exactly sure how the water heater or stove ever passed inspection. The water heater had some part that was supposed to be 5500 but was only 4000 kw. Then the stove we tried to use the first time won’t work at all. Two of the burners only work if you turn them on all the way. All that was said about the stove was a bracket. They seemed like good/nice people, but this inspection is starting to seem questionable.Canceled my inspection I booked with a different company because when Mr.Rinehart called me back I much preferred his customer service and personality. Our inspection was done by a man named Joe. Very professional and nice. Did a whole walk through with my husband and explained everything to us. I felt we were in very capable hands. The inspection was done in the afternoon and we were given a report back late that evening. Very detailed and easy to read report. We were overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. Great price and great service.

    I highly recommend this company! Due to the house I was trying to buy not being inspection ready (covered crawl space, no cords for appliances, etc.) Steven did not charge me! Instead they rescheduled me although they were very busy for the remainder of the week. Steven the owner was even willing to complete the inspection himself as my time for the option period was dwindling down. Joe who completed my inspection was extremely helpful. He explained everything I didn’t understand and genuinely had my families best interest at heart. They take very good care of their customers and I will be giving them a call again in the future!

    Highly recommend this company for home inspections. Bruce was very thorough during my home inspection and answered any and all questions and concerns that I had. My option window ended on a Sunday and I had a few questions that I had forgot to ask before the weekend. I left a message and the owner, Steven, reached out on Sunday morning and stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes going through my report and making sure I was taken care of. I would easily use them again for any home inspections.

    My husband and I hired Steven to come and do a home inspection for us on a new home we were building. Seeing that it was a new home we wanted to have phase inspections done, Steven is one of the few in Killeen and the surrounding areas that seems to still do them. I called probably about 10 inspectors and besides Steven there was only one other who did them. Stevens prices were a bit higher in some areas but lower in others coming out to about the same as his competitors.Stevens Secretary/office manager was able to make me an appointment when I needed it within only a day or twos time for my first phase inspection. For my final inspection Stevens schedule was full but he was able to have another inspector who used to work for Harker Heights inspection department come and do the inspection.At both inspections Steven and Bruce were very professional and found things that needed to be fixed, some more major than others.We were told by others that we wouldnt need inspectors because we were getting a brand new home. In the end we are glad we hired Rinehart inspections to come out and inspect the house, we feel at ease knowing everything was done correctly. As a bonus Rinehart gave us a free membership to Home owners Network!! Just an added bonus of doing business with a respectable company. Thank you Rinehart and company!!

    We were looking for a quality home inspector as we were buying our last house. From the first contact the service and attitude were outstanding. The price was in line with other inspectors with less experience and certifications. The day of the inspection was a great experience Michael did the inspection and encouraged us at each step to ask any questions we had about anything we observed. Michael at the end of the inspection reviewed all areas with us. The inspection report was ready the next day. We had questions about some roof notations we addressed with the roofer. The roofer was rude uncooperative and charged an additional $75.00 fee to respond to our concerns. We sent the roofer response to Steve and he provided us with all codes, practices, and what his suggestions were on the items in question. Needless to say we will not use the roofer if we need one in the future BUT we will use Steve and Michael should the need arise. We highly recommend Rinehart Real Estate Inspection Services to anyone needing truly professional informative services!

    Rinehart Real Estate inspection went out of their way to accommodate my buyers inspection. We were caught in the middle of the shelter in place so they made sure the sellers, buyers and inspector were safe before proceeding with the inspection.
