Reports come in the same day and are detailed for the buyers best interest. Having a team also allows for faster availability to get out there during the inspection period and have time to renegotiate if needed. Would recommend them for residential and commercial!

Fernando did an amazing job with the house inspection! He completed the inspection for the house that I liked in a timely manner and kept me updated along every step of the process. I was moving to the region from out of state and had only seen the house virtually, so getting a detailed and thorough inspection was an absolute necessity for me. Fernando scheduled the house inspection in the same week and sent me the report on the same day. The house inspection report was clear and any repairs that were needed were described in detail with pictures. I had also opted in for the thermal technology to get a detailed assessment and I believe that RGV home inspections is one of the few companies in the region that do that. I am very pleased with the services that RGV provided, and would recommend Fernando and RGV home inspections to anyone who is looking for a high quality and detailed home inspection.

Im very pleased with the house inspection. Fernando is very professional and awsome at explaining/answering any questions that I had. He includes photos and diagrams to help explain/clarify the terminology in the report. Highly recommend his company.In my case Im in the process of purchasing a home in Edinburg, but I live 4 hours away. I have had Fernando inspect 5 houses for me over the past 3 months. With the information received for 4 different houses I had to cancel contracts due to what his inspections found that would have cost me thousands of dollars after closing . Major repairs that were not disclosed by the seller and seller not willing to repair. It was not something that would have been seen with just a walk through of the house.He is very professional, knowledgeable and takes time with his clients to help explain and answer questions.

My home was inspected and I received the results the same day which really was great due to closing being right around the corner. I was able to get all the things noted in the inspection repaired before closing thanks to the efficiency. The only issue I encountered were with 2 of my doors and a small hole near an outlet. Im not sure if they were inspected, but a few days after inspection when I was closing a door and one of the pins fell out. Upon further inspection, I noticed it was missing a pin apart from the one that fell out. The door came off the hinges. Then there was a hole in the walk next to an outlet. Those issues were quickly repaired same day due to the workers being in the area building more houses. Other than those things, the inspection seemed to uncover things that were able to be repaired expeditiously.
