Mr Patrick did our 11th month house inspection. He is very punctual and has shown excellent work behaviors in every aspect of the job. He shows a strong work ethic by his willingness to explain in a simple laymans term understandble to a first time house owner like us who have not got a clue on things need to be addressed on our 11th month warranty report. Very trustworthy, professional, and timely. It was easy to schedule as PTJ was quick to return calls. After the inspection, we walked through the home talking about each issue that needed repair. The inspector was thorough and easy to understand. A written report was emailed quickly.This company is so good that we actually used them on our second inspection!

As we are in the process of buying a new house we never dreamed an inspection could mean so much! Pat was so wonderful and called to our attention so many things that needed to be addressed. We are so grateful for us thoroughness. It almost seemed like it was his house haha!That is how much interest he showed in bringing to light potential problems and outright big issues we would have not noticed ourselves. Patrick is very good to work with. He is professional and very detail oriented on the issues he found in the house. One good quality about him was he was able to show up to the property 3 times even after the issues with the builder on cancelling the appointments last min.

Pat came out to do our home inspection in Oak Point and was amazing. He was detailed, went over what to look for, and checked the builders work by using his thermal imaging to see behind the walls and to check for unseen leaks or electrical issues. He truly is a professional, he is great with the sellers and buyers and he cares about what he does. Totally recommend him for any home inspection needs you have in North Texas.

There arent enough stars for Pat; who knew home inspection could be so thorough and detailed. He is an industrial engineer who had a fascinating military career in the Navy and he takes pride and care in what he does; I felt like he was family. My realtor was impressed by his detailed photo report. He even used drones to take detailed photos of the roof. If you need a true expert, call Pat! He is thorough and reasonably priced.

Pat was wonderful for our old home purchase inspection. He was precise and clear on the inspection and noted down all nitty gritty points well documented. He uses advanced equipment for water seepage using thermal camera and foundation analysis as well.He answered all our questions patiently and coming from a construction background was passionate about explaining the technical details with me. We engaged PTJ to inspect the home we are purchasing. We have worked with a lot of inspectors over the years and PTJ did by far the most thorough job I have experienced. Not only did he go through incredible detail, but also gave us the should dos to keep the house in tip-top shape (including giving product recommendations!). He made sure my questions were answered and was very thorough in explaining to me what he found and what it means. I would recommend PTJ by a mile!
