We met Juan through our realtor who recommended Property Checked Inspections to perform our inspection on a new build property we were hoping to buy. Juan blew our minds. Weve purchased several properties over the past few years and have not encountered someone who performed to this level.Juan and his team were throughout the home for four hours. They brought a drone to check the roof and a camera to check the plumbing. They were so incredibly thorough and met with us for another hour to review the results which they also provided in a very comprehensive digital file along with photos. This helped immensely with our blue tape walk through afterward.Juan also makes himself available after inspection for any questions or concerns or further explanation. Any info provided is also available to be texted should you need it on the fly. Every piece of the reporting process is so convenient.Not only will we use Juan again, and recommend him to everyone we know, but we plan to bring him back each year so that we can maintain the property as is needed for our 1-2-10 property warranty.Juan more than exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend! Very well done!

I have worked with many inspectors and I recommend Property Check Inspections. They measure the foundation, know how to inspect a septic tank, they provide the sewer camera much more you do not have to call various trade people because they have it all covered. And they provided an inspection report translated in Spanish for my clients which made things so much easier. They are very detailed and make sure you and your client understand the process and repot. I recommend them and will use them again!
