Justin did a great job in the inspection prior to our new home closing. Very thorough. He explained what he would be doing and then proceeded to inspect the house. He did an inspection of our irrigation system also. After he completed the inspection, he professionally explained his findings. A few inspected items were a surprise to us and we were able to get the builder to fix these before we closed on the new home. He was on time for his appointment, professionally dressed, thorough and personable. Would highly recommend him and his company.

The inspector was prompt in arriving as scheduled. He took a LONG time going through the home. At the end, since we were present, he gave us a verbal synopsis of the small problems in the house. By the next morning, we had his written report. We feel great about the house and about our experience with him.

Highly recommended!! We had a deadline to meet to have our home inspected and thankfully, Justin was able to fit us into his busy schedule on a Friday at 5:00 PM (when all other inspectors we called wouldn’t). We sincerely appreciate his professionalism and how thorough he was. He took the time to explain his findings and answered any questions we had. It was pretty late in the evening when the inspection was completed, but I was most impressed that Justin still managed to complete and send the final report that evening to us and our realtor...well before our deadline! Justin was great to work with. He was very professional and worked with me in rescheduling my home inspection due to delays in closing. He was very methodical and provided a very detailed report that even my home builder was impressed with. He also included pictures of items that were concerning. He has a lot of insight on homes as he is an active fire fighter as well. He also clarified a lot of things that I did not understand or was unsure about. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for any other property that I purchase in the future.

We own a 70’s ranch style home and needed an inspection to prepare to put our house on the market. Justin with Pronghorn Property Inspections arrived on time, he was curteous and professional. Our inspection lasted about 1 1/2 hours and when completed Justin took the time to personally review and explain the findings with my wife and I. It became clear while discussing the findings that Justin’s background in public safety (firefighter) gave him unique insight to inspections. Within 48 hours he also had emailed our detailed report that was in-depth and easy to understand. Overall I would use this service again when needing a home inspection.

Justin of Pronghorn Home Inspections is a very thorough and knowledgeable home inspector. I hired him to perform both the preinspection of my current home and the inspection of the home I was buying. Both were really helpful and detailed. I had two other inspections to compare one of Justin’s reports to: The inspection when I bought my current home a few years ago and the inspection that my buyer had done a month after Justin’s preinspection. There was not one item on either of the other reports that Justin did not cite on his. He also found a few things that had gone unnoticed by me and the two other inspectors. That is exactly why I was having the house preinspected and I’m really glad that I did. Justin was also really easy to schedule with. The communication was easy and he showed up right on time. I’ll hire him again and no one else.

He was at the property on time, gave us detailed info about the house, was personable, easy to understand, and helpful during recommendations for repairs. Had an easy to understand report with color coded from green where its performing as intended, yellow-minor repair, orange-moderate, and red where its major repair and got the report to us on the same day. Hes also qualified to do the WDI (termite) report which is nice because we didnt have to get another person and make a different appointment. We liked him a lot and I will list him down on my list of vendors to choose from for my buyers.

Highly recommend.After getting the run around from another inspector who would not commit to the date I needed an inspection, and was very condescending, I was so relieved when I contacted Pronghorn Property Inspections. I found them to be extremely easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and responsive. They even had no problem adjusting when my builder asked to move the appointment from morning to afternoon at the last minute. Their inspection was thorough and their report was clear and detailed, with a very helpful red-yellow-green header on each section to make it easy to see what passed and what needed work. My builder agreed that all of the items listed in the report were accurate and they fixed them immediately, thanks to the professional and detailed work done by the inspector.
