WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT!! We hired Price to come out and do a pre-sale inspection on our home we had lived in for over 20 years to help identify issues that may impact the sales process. Sean was very professional and thorough! The report and list of items they provided greatly assisted us in preparing our home for sale to catch things before being under contract. If your handy, you can take care of items before your home is under contract, once under contract, things can become very expensive to fix. Thanks again!! -

Exceptional Wind Mitigation Inspection!We recently had a wind mitigation inspection conducted by Price Inspection, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process. I have used Price Inspections for two different home purchases over the years. Shawn is very thorough and helpful. He is efficient and knowledgeable with the home inspection + wind mitigation + 4 point inspection. We are purchasing a house with a pool and he gave us several tips and educated us on the best options to upgrade and maintain the pool/pump. The scheduling process was very easy and Price Inspections is extremely quick to respond to email! I will continue to use Price Inspections for all of my inspection needs! -

They gave me a brief list of major items at the end and sent the full report the next day it literally save me $1000’s and I was able to negotiate a lower price for my home. Could not be happier! -

I was referred to Price by Wade Ins (Allstate) when I need a Wind Mitigation and 4 Point Inspection. I spoke with Jennifer on Jan. 9th and on the 11th had both inspections completed by Piers. The report was received the following day. I cannot say enough about the timeliness and professionalism given by both Jen and Piers. All of my questions were answered in laymans terms in a a clear and concise manner. It was evident that this is a company who values honesty, courtesy and professionalism.
