    Premier Property Inspection saved me a trouble from taking broken roof and many other amenities in the house which were broken and not fixed by the builder DR Horton. I had a new home inspection and when the builder wasn’t quite ready he scheduleed me for the following week.He is very professional and through on top of that nice guy too.Sorry i can’t rate you more than 5 stars or i would.     They said get your house inspected with a third party before you do your final walk in with the builder. Then they mentioned Mr Prem Baskota, the perfect fit for the job. I have had many experiences with other inspectors in the past. But Mr. Prem was different in a whole different level. Despite of me with a tight schedule , he would advise me how important it is to know every details on your house. So i listened and i am glad that i did listen. No matter how well-identified your builder is, there are mistakes that can be your nightmare in the coming days if not brought it to their attention today. Mr baskota was very descriptive and professional. He can notice water leaks without a water leak just peering at the moisture of the cabinets. He is the Sherlock Holmes of the Home inspections. No wonder i believe when he say the builders and the realtors despise him because he is the very best at what he does.
