    During my home purchase experience Premier Choice Inspections came out to evaluate and inspect the home I had in contract. The inspector was very thorough, he explained everything completely and in laymans terms ensuring I understood what he was talking about. He also opened the conversation up for any questions I had and gave clarity to any concern I might have had all the while being impartial to the Seller or the Buyer. This company represented themselves with high integrity and professionalism down to getting the report to me in a timely manner. I received the report within an hour after we were finished.     I am so impressed with how thorough the home inspection was! As a buyer of an old home, I was worried about hidden issues that could’ve been covered up. We decided if something big came up, we wouldn’t buy the home and I’m so grateful that the inspector was so thorough and saved us the headache of being new homeowners to this house with lots of issues. They even used thermal imaging and a moisture meter to show a suspected leak. I was very pleased with our experience and will continue to use them until we find the right house!

    I used Premier Choice Inspections to do my recent house inspection due to recommendations and they did not let me down. Thanks to their thorough inspection, they found problems that we did not notice when looking at our new house. They had no problems going onto the roof and climbing into the attic. Thanks to them we found out that the roof needed to be replaced, a beam in the attic was cracked, and other minor details needed to be corrected before we bought our house. We are looking forward to sharing wonderful memories in our new house, thanks to Premier for doing such a detailed inspection.
