I had the best experience with Gordon from Pillar to Post. This was my first ever home purchase and he came recommended from another customer, rightfully so. He was thorough, was very patient with me and listened and explained all my questions and concerns. He guided me through the house on what to look for and also what I should do in the future with seasonal and annual maintenance. He took his time to make sure everything was checked so I would feel more secure about making one of the biggest purchases of my life. It’s nerve wracking but Gordon made it stress free, exactly what I needed. He even came back to the house to rein spect and make sure the seller fixed what was needed and did it correctly, Gordon went above and beyond! I highly recommend his services!

A must-review from a female perspective:Buying my 1st investment property-pretty intimidating. However, after scrolling inspectors-GI Jones came up. The name felt safe and so did the voice on the line-answering and asking appropriate questions. Understanding that time is of the essence in todays housing market- GI Jones was able to fit me in within 48hours. The day of the inspection- the inspector showed up promptly (early even)-ready to go. Personalized service to a T. The inspection report provided details and photos (this completely helps the lay person understand the technical areas of a home inspection-necessary in negotiations).
