I needed an inspector and after talking with a couple of others, including Matt on the phone, I selected him. He answered some questions before the inspection which was very helpful. He was at the home as expected. Walked through our concerns, answered questions and covered all the things he found of concern on our potential home at the end of the inspection on site with me. We were looking at a new home but had some significant concerns. He provided enough information for us to make a decision not to proceed. I will use Matt again if we find another home in that area.

Matt was superb in his evaluation of the house I want to purchase; thorough, fair, knowledgeable and able to provide some guidance for issues found. 100+ degrees the day he took a look, yet he was on the roof, in the attic and garage. When Matt finished the inspection he gave me a thorough walk through pointing out minor problems and left me with a book outlining what a home inspection is all about along with information for the contractors who had worked on the house in the past. I received a detailed report with photos the next day.
