I would definitely recommend Noble for property inspections! Gaston notified me 1 hour before arrival time, letting me that he would be on time for our home inspection. He was very polite upon arrival. In conduction his inspections, Gaston was very thorough. He began on the outside, up on the roof, looking at every crack and crevasse for any issues. Inside, he went into the attic, garage then into the house. As Gaston noticed different things he educated us on craftsmanship and maintenance, which was extremely appreciated. He took the time to made sure we understood everything he was looking for and to answer all our questions. We paid $275 for our home inspection and it really gave us peace of mind. Noble had our report ready for review shortly after the inspection. It was easy making the appointment, communication was excellent and the ease of obtaining the report was spot on. Thank you!

We live in Providence in Davenport. We had a 11-month inspection by Mr. Kevin Huber from Noble Property inspections recently. The inspection was conducted very professionally and thoroughly. We are very much impressed by the high quality work and the inspection report. We are also very happy for the entire process from making appointment to the conduct, and to the report. This company will be our first consideration whenever we need this type of services.

We were on a time crunch due to our option period and needed someone to come out and do an inspection asap. Nobel was able to send someone out and do a complete and thorough inspection within 2 days. Our inspector was TY and he did an amazing job, very knowledgeable, educated us on findings and didn’t miss a thing! He answered all of our questions and provided the report by end of day. The office admins are also incredibly helpful and we couldn’t be more grateful. 5 stars from us!

I needed a home inspection done with only 2 days left to spare , on a Saturday the week before Christmas, and I had the pleasure of Inspector Kevin Huber coming to the rescue ! Im a first-time homebuyer and I needed an inspection done. After careful review of several other property inspection companies, I decided to go with Noble Property Inspections.Prior to scheduling an inspection, I had done some research on what to expect during and from an inspection, and I was concerned that something might get overlooked by whoever I decided to do business with. Reading through negative reviews to know who to avoid made me not want to even go through with an inspection. However, the reviews others left for Noble were encouraging, and so I went with them and am I glad I did!I had my agent schedule the inspection for me, and she had made an error in providing them with the wrong address. I communicated with Noble via email and text messaging to get it corrected so there are no delays. Everything else was done via an online portal. For a small business, I felt like I was dealing with an established chain. You can often tell the quality of service youre going to receive by how much effort is put into the design and functionality of a businesss website.On the day of the inspection, my inspector, Joe Sherfield (by name because hes amazing!) was at the property before I arrived. He was already working by examining the exterior of the house. My agent had expressed to me that often times inspectors dont like that theyre being watched as they do their job, and out of concern, she had advised to meet with the inspector when hes nearly done to go over his findings. I opted to attend the inspection because Im a curious individual and always eager to learn from others.Joe is a very personable guy with a great attitude and encourages you to ask questions. Hes incredible at what he does because to him it isnt just a job. Its his passion. One thing he said to me that gave me so much reassurance is when hes doing his job, hes working as though hes also buying the house. Were buying this house together. Immediately brought a smile to my face and eased my worries because those words are deep. I understood the meaning behind his intent.I expressed to him that Ill be like his shadow and only ask questions about things I didnt know. I learned a lot from him like a Master teaching his apprentice. If I wasnt there, I wouldnt have known how to reset the GFCI outlets in my soon-to-be home and how they were wired or connected. While walking the property, he pointed out things that will be in his report and imparted additional knowledge, guidance, and wisdom to me. I enjoyed that.The report that Joe provided was beyond my expectations. I was given a full report that included thorough explanations as to what the item is and if its a major or minor issue and recommendations as to who or what is required to address the item. Also, a summary of the report that made it easy to let my agent know which items to ask about with the seller. Available via your portal on their website or downloadable as a PDF file.But wait, theres more!This company goes out of their way to help you even further by providing you with free accounts to HomeBinder and Home Service Essentials. One is to help with the recommendations from the report and the other is to help you resettle in your new home like a VIP concierge service that takes care of transfer of services for you (water, electric, internet, etc). I saw that a reviewer had complained about them getting contacted for those no-cost services, but I honestly dont understand why one would.Overall, I feel very fortunate to have found Noble Property Inspections. The customer service they provide is exceptional! My agent expressed to me that shes going to start recommending them to her clients (she was there with me for the inspection and very much like the way Joe works).Thank you, Noble Property Inspections, for your professionalism, expertise, and ensuring my homebuying experience goes smoothly. We hired Noble Home Inspectors to do an inspection at 11 months into the approaching one year Builders Warranty.Amos Battle was our inspector . He was friendly, professional and very thorough in his inspection. He forward us the completed written inspection along with pictures of roof ( our biggest concern) and additional photos of other areas of concern. I submitted a ticket for work needed, to our builder -with Amoss report attached. .This was effective in having our cracked and broken roof titles all replaced within the next few days...and noted stucco repair scheduled this week.I cannot recommend Noble Home Inspections Enough. Thank you Noble. Great work at a fair price. 5 stars +

From their communication, availability, and flexibility, we couldnt ask for more.Francisco was our home inspector and he was incredibly professional and courteous, He provided us with in depth knowledge and advice on certain home conditions to look out for over the years, as well as what we could do now to better set us up as home owners. He was extremely well versed in each facet of the inspection as we requested a couple of add-ons to ease our mind on various things such as sewer condition and pool/spa status.One hurdle we did encounter was during the communication and scheduling process, we communicated through text that we had wanted specific insurance related add-ons, however when invoiced and inspected those services were not included. While my initial review was closer to 3/4 stars, Francisco truly made it a 5 star experience by being making himself available via text to provide us updates and got to correcting these issues right away, providing us with a prompt inspection report.Days later Francisco reached out if we had any additional questions. His willingness to ensure we were in a good place as well as his professionalism speaks absolute volumes. Truly a 5 star experience.I would recommend Noble highly for your inspection needs. They provided us with an extensively detailed home binder which is something as new home-owners we very much appreciate as it gives us a guideline as to what we want to work on improving next as the time goes on, the addition of recommended contractors is a huge plus for us being new to the area.Overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend paying for the sewer scope and pool/spa packages if you are looking into a home with those features for peace of mind, the whole overall inspection process took under 2 hours and we left with less questions and more answers. 5/5

Noble Property Inspections did a fantastic job inspecting our home! Their report is very easy to follow which makes it easier to deal with the home builders and their 1 year home warranties. Our inspector, Calvin did a very thorough inspection, pointing out several things that we weren’t aware of even though we went made our own list of concerns before our actual inspection. Calvin took his time going through the entire home, inside, outside, roof, even the bottom of drawers, the whole nine yards! Highly recommend for all types of home owners, especially ones looking to buy a home!
