    We are in the process of an international move, and NPI was recommended. We are SO THANKFUL that we chose Mark and his team to work with. The level of attention to detail is next level and he caught some major things with our potential buy that would have been a nightmare to discover after closing. The process was simple and easy to book and they got us on their calendar in less than 72 hours from calling. Their backend system is simple and easy to understand, making the report reading that much easier (and mobile friendly too)!     First time home buyer here! When it came to our home buying process, I knew that I wanted someone that went above and beyond to look at the property. Mark was so nice and patient with all the questions I had and any concerns I had about the property. For our USAA home loan, a sewer and termite inspection was required along with the home inspection. The report was so easy to read and follow, that even my toddler liked looking at it! Since I am the fixer-upper in my family, I asked Mark which fixes he would recommend and which he felt that needed to be done sooner rather than later. He walked me through the problems of the house and emphasized where I could do some safety fixes that would be beneficial for my toddler.Although the price point was a little higher compared to other home inspectors from the area (Ft Sill), the value from the excellent customer service, extensive knowledge and experience, and dedication to his craft supersedes any reservation I had about the price point. (Now I am worried he is underselling his worth! LOL) Mark was thorough and seemed to genuinely love his job- even with the intense heat that day! Peace of mind is invaluable, therefore please go with National Property Inspections. You wont regret it!

    Definitely recommend this company for inspection! Overall the report was very thorough and pictures were provided that accurately reflected areas of concern! We did overall inspection plus added termite and sewer scope all were done on a Thursday beginning at 1pm and we received the report very quickly later that same day! I believe that the price matched the quality of the inspection

    Highly recommend! Mark came out both for an initial inspection (general, termite, sewer scope) and reinspection before closing. His service was honest and professional. I have not met this man previously, but I feel that he is genuine and gave me the best information that he could offer.
