Matt was amazing! We needed an inspection fast for a quick closing date on a commercial property that we were purchasing as-is. He scheduled us quickly. He was very thorough in his inspection. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions about the condition of the property. He gave us great advice and suggestions on some things that would need our attention. He got our inspection report to us in less than 2 days. We were very happy with his service and would recommend him to others.

Matt Buss inspected my new home build from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He returned my calls in a timely manner. The last inspection was the most intense and he found many small but important repairs that I didnt notice as a lay person. Well worth the money.

I would highly recommend using NPI for a house inspection. Matt’s professionalism, knowledge, and great customer service made it a wonderful experience! He took his time to explain things and walk through things that were concerning to him. Even after his report, he still reached out to express what he thought was a major find to help negotiate with the buying of our new house!
