He was very professional, knowledgeable on what the insurance company was looking for, and was quick to respond when additional information was needed. NPI is the company to choose if you need a property inspected. i was referred to him through a family member. I received a quote immediately. A date and time was scheduled. i was able to meet, but my real estate agent did. They went on facetime to explain details in general, pointed out specific details. Then I received the inspection report the next day. The payment process was very easy ad secure. My agent stated that Mike B. went above and beyond in the inspection compared to most inspectors he has worked with.
