My inspector was Ashley Brown. She showed up on time and ready to go. She was very thorough in her inspection and explained everything very well to me. She exceeded my expectations which were already great based on previous reviews. She inspected my new build prior to closing and I will be requesting her to reinspect before my year mark is up. (I did request additional thermal and sewer scans which I would strongly suggest). This company overall is legit and clearly takes pride in their name. I highly recommend!

We had a great experience when Jason helped us with our home inspection! We were living out of state at the time and Jason made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we understood what everything from the report meant even with us being out of state. The report was super thorough! He even reviewed the corrections that the sellers made to ensure they were done properly. I cant recommend Jason enough!

Ed was great to work with. Knows his stuff, was very thorough, and explained every single thing he found in a way that we could understand (but without feeling that we were being talked down to). 5/5, would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for any kind of home inspection.

I was able to schedule the Inspection on a Friday and the Inspection and Report were completed by Monday night during a short 7 day inspection period. Ed was very thorough and knowledgeable. Then when we decided to move from that home to another one in Round Rock we called Ed to do the inspection on that home. Overall great experience have NPI do my home inspection. It was carried out by Brandon Meade and his team. I must say the team was very thorough in their inspection and gave quick feedback as well. Brandon even pointed out that we had a gas leak outside our home which could have ended disastrous as some point because we wouldn’t have known if he never known otherwise. Truly recommend and will definitely give them a call for my future inspection needs.

Ed did the inspection for a home we were looking at buying; and we felt he was very thorough and professional. He told us what the issues were, and more importantly the relative cost of fixing the issues versus leaving them alone. We got the termite inspection too (which Ed doesnt do - it is by another company that he subcontracts to). The termite guys were late for their appointment; and while we didnt really mind the delay (and didnt complain either), they were complete professionals and gave us a sizable discount without us even asking for it. Both the home and termite inspection reports were comprehensive and had a whole bunch of photos.I thought Id post this review in Google instead of Yelp, since this one ties back to my Google Plus profile, so you know Im not a bot.

Ed was immediately responsive to our inquiry for services, he followed up promptly with returned calls to answer questions about pricing and the work, he stayed in touch ahead of time to schedule, showed up on time, worked diligently and thoroughly, very professional and polite, went over major findings immediately after he was through and explained them in detail, followed up with a professional looking detailed report within 24 hours. Followed up with an email after that to see if we still had any more questions. Would highly recommend to a friend.

I cannot imagine ever using anyone else for something so important.I had the tremendous fortune of discovering Ed (and Barb!) several years ago, quite by chance, and have been a loyal customer ever since!During inspection, Ed will point out and discuss any items of concern, and is always responsive to any and all questions; then and thereafter. Best of all, I know I can have 100% confidence in the inspection report; typically received in less than 24 hours. In addition to being extremely thorough and responsive, Ed also makes every effort to be respectful of the seller(s) as well, putting everything back exactly as he found it, and taking his shoes off and putting them back on multiple times (it was raining that day), to keep from tracking anything inside. Eds lovely wife, Barb, runs the business end. She, too, is an absolute pleasure; always willing to accommodate my need it yesterday requests if possible, and kind enough to arrange and coordinate termite inspection as a courtesy.Basically, I love these two, and so will you!
