Will completed our home inspection. He was fantastic. Very responsive, and got us in pretty quick. The process for getting things started, completed, and paid for was very quick and painless. Will Told us what to expect as soon as he arrived, was very informative through the process. Took into consideration my concerns, and provided the best judgment/guidance possible. Very thorough and efficient. Would highly recommend Will and his team to our neighbors and family needing a home inspection!!

Will is very thorough and offers quality work. He took time to inspect the entire home as if it was his own home he was inspecting. He inspected the roof, and attic space, checked the water heater, all appliances that came with the house, a/c & heating, indoor electrical panel & outlets, windows, doors, garage door, outside foundation, yard, etc.Provided a detailed report the following week of the inspection with images (great detail in every photo of what concerns needed to be addressed) including a copy of PDF to send out to the builder as well as a summary report with feedback information that is easy to follow.Very satisfied with his work ethic. If you’re looking for a home inspector who is trustworthy, friendly, reliable, thorough, and offers quality work this is your guy!

From a plethora of home inspectors available in the market, I hired NPIA thinking I was going to get just a quick run through inspection. However Will did a great job as he advice me on what I need to do at the home before he coming to work on his inspection. He took his time doing a well throughout inspection starting around the exterior of the house and inside the house. He even flew a drone and took pictures on and around the whole house to look for any structural flaws. I would recommend him as he went over well his planned three hours and looked closely at the whole house for any flaws and didnt just rush the inspection to get out quickly.

I would like to say I will always call Will for any home inspection I will ever do in the future. From our very first phone call he was patient, informative and willing to thoroughly explain any question I had.All of the administrative parts of the entire process of getting my home inspection was very straightforward. The paperwork and payment methods were extremely quick, easy, and clear and Will was always prompt with responses.During the actual inspection, Will first started with quick overview of all the steps he would be going through and saw them all through to a tee. Will was very thorough with his inspection and took the time to explain everything and answer questions, which I appreciated as this was my first ever home inspection. He was prepared to stay as long as it took and I never felt that he was trying to rush. Friendly and thorough service. I was home during the time of the inspection but I would’ve felt comfortable having Will in my home even if I wasn’t there. Would recommend!

Mr. Knapp spent quality time inspecting our home in preparation for our 1 year warranty ending. He did not rush to get the job done. He discussed items with you after he was done and you will receive a detailed report within 24 hrs. The report also includes pictures and a summary that is easy to obtain and use for your warranty concerns.

Will Knapp did a very thorough inspection of my home. He carefully explained the items of concern so I could report these to my home warranty company. I was pleased that he provided color photos of the inspected areas, with markings indicating no problem, deficient or warning (safety concerns).
