    The National Property Inspection Team of Waco was 5 Stars. My father is buying a home in Woodway, Tx and the sellers gave us a 5 day inspection period. We texted the company on a Saturday night and they responded immediately and booked him for Monday at 2:30. The inspection was done in a timely manner with a full report within less then 24hrs.     Eddie was next-day available for an inspection for a condo I had considered purchasing. He and his assistant (forgot her name) were prompt and thorough. Eddie alerted me to an outdated, dangerous electrical panel, and a much older furnace than the agent had disclosed. The detailed, final report was in my email mailbox less than two hours later! Thanks to Eddie’s knowledge and expertise, I cancelled the sales contract and avoided making that purchase!

    National Property Inspections Waco completed our 11 month inspection. We were impressed by the entire process. From Jason’s on time arrival, to the quick turnaround of the final report. My wife had many questions about how the process would go. Jason explained the process with great patience. Jason showed a level of detail that was very much appreciated. He noticed some of smallest areas that we never would have considered. He used a thermal gun to check the installation and the efficiency of the A/C/heating units. He took pictures - not just of problem areas, but of the other areas, like the attic and the roof. Its great to have these for reference. The report, complete with color photos detailing the specific observations, was very comprehensive and sent to us in less 24 hours. We were very impressed with Jason’s professionalism and will HIGHLY refer him to our neighbors as they approach their 11 month inspections.

Scheduling went smoothly. Our inspector was Mike, and he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and did a thorough job. He did not make us feel like we were intruding during the inspection. He showed us important things like where the water valve and electric box was once the inspection was done to help us familiarize ourselves with the home. I only wish he was more proactive in calling and inquiring about the off circuit vs just putting breaker circuit off in report.Advice to others - please make sure your home is prepared for inspection and everything is working for them to inspect.
