The inspection was well worth the money. My realtor and I arrived at the home about 2.5 hours into the inspection, and after finishing, the inspector spent at least a half hour just walking through the two of us on his findings. Im really glad he did personally explain things to me as the report was a little overwhelming and I was worried if we should pass on it or not. Very personal service that was not only extremely thorough but also very informative and educational. I would absolutely recommend these guys again, especially to a first time home buyer such as myself.

Used this company to do a home inspection for the purchase of a home. The inspector was knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through his entire inspection process on site and showed me any defects that he found throughout the home. He was also courteous and professional and explained why what he found needed to be repaired and what impact not addressing some of the defects could potentially have if left unchecked. He provided exceptional service and I learned a lot from the experience, as a buyer I feel confident in the assessment of the home. Hopefully the seller will provide the necessary repairs or concessions!! The price of the inspection was great too, less than I have paid for inspections in the past and much better service!

Great customer service, responsive! I needed a home inspection within the 7 day option period, & had several challenges: Offers were not finalized & in 2 days I was leaving to VA for my daughters wedding and would not be back until the 6th day. Muzzy worked with me and scheduled me for Wednesday even though I didnt have confirmation. My offer was accepted Tuesday, he completed the inspection Wednesday, walked through the property with me and my agent, and turned in the report before 6:30 the same day, so I could work with my agent on repairs before I left for the wedding the next morning. I strongly recommend National Property Inspections!

He did a structural, frame and final inspection on a new home which all came in very handy as my lender requested the reports. When I first contacted NPI for an inspection to be done on a new condominium I was very impressed because they were able to schedule it the very next day. When I arrived to observe the inspection I was surprised at how thorough the inspector was. He also explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way. He even taught me a couple of things to look out for! Every single nook and cranny was accounted for and when it was all said and done I was very confident with my purchase. Such a great value I think it was worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate to use NPI again and would definitely recommend and tell friends and family to use them!

Mustafa was really great hes knowledgeable he knows his codes he walked through the house in the Attic takes lots of pictures of things that need to be corrected very thorough inspection even on paper the pricing is not bad hes also really great at making sure the homeowner knows where all the shut-off valves are walks through all of the water heater and stuff like that I would highly recommend him to family and friends
