First off, my Google account is used by my young son so dont let the name fool you, grown adult woman writing this review!! Mike did an amazing job and saved us from what probably would have been an easy 30k+ money pit we had put an offer on. He and his employee hung around until selling agent told us where the crawl space was. Both Mike and his assistant were friendly, patient and most importantly--knowledgeable. Dont let lenders try to tell you a home inspection is unnecessary because their appraiser will look over the property. Small amount of money well spent versus what we might have potentially been stuck with. As we continue the search for our new home, we hope Mike can assist with future properties.

Very friendly people, worked with us to get someone out within our timeframe - an option period for a home we were buying. They have a neat multimedia app where they can actually share video. Its a lot more user-friendly than some of the other reports Ive seen. The scheduler, inspector and owner are all very responsive to questions and issues. They were also able to take care of a septic inspection, which was nice I didnt have to call out a second company for that. Based on their response to my concerns, Id recommend them.

Everyone was really nice and professional, from the office to the inspector. They are very responsive even on weekends. Sir Mike was really thorough with his inspection, and if he sees even a cosmetic flaw that cant be written on a report, he would let me know so I can get it fixed. There were some deficiencies found in the newly built home, so I asked if it was possible to reinspect to make sure work/ repair was done for these defeciencies, and they agreed to do it for FREE. The inspection report was released the same day and it was very thorough and organized. It had a lot of explanations that is really helpful for a first time buyer like me. Really glad that I chose Morgan Inspection Services for my inspection needs. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home and relocating at the same time. I came ahead of him and our kids to start my new job and look for a property to buy. Once we went under contract, based on reviews only, I chose Morgan Inspection and it was the best decision I could’ve made. They got my inspection scheduled for 3 days after the initial call and reached out the day before to make sure the time still worked. On the morning of, there was an issue at the home they were inspecting before mine and because of the delay, the owner of the company came out to start the inspection himself. Mike answered the questions I had without making me feel like a nuisance or unintelligent. When Roberto and Zane showed up the great customer service continued. The explanation of what they found at the end of their inspection was thorough and Roberto walked me around to each area he was going to annotate to explain what the issue was and what category the issue fell into. When I received the written report, the information was the same and laid out thoroughly. I’d recommend their services to anyone who needs a home inspection and appreciates a company that goes the extra mile.

We hired Morgan Inspection Services based on all the great reviews here on Google, but were very disappointed overall on a commercial building inspection. Pros they were quick to set up an inspection and on time to do it. Turnaround time on the report was also fast. Cons- Level of detail in the report was very limited. For a 30k sq/ft property they failed to check/test a number of different things. We paid 2k and were advised by the broker they were only on site for 3 hours. We also emailed them before leaving this review hoping to solve things, but never received a response back. ***Update Mike did get back in touch with us and refunded half the cost of the inspection, and offered to reinspect at no extra cost****

I would give 10 stars if I could! We buy and sell homes across the country and I had a last minute URGENT inspection and Morgan Inspection Services took care of it. It was a very crazy inspection and they had to go out 3 times BUT the office and the inspector went above and beyond to help me since I am in AZ and could not do much from way out here! They are now my preferred inspector in the area. And we plan on buying a LOT of homes so I am super glad I called Morgan Inspection Services!

The inspector did a good job, as far as I know. I was actually surprised that my inspector was chosen without my input by the Realtor. I’ve never had that happen before. Weird.Regardless, the inspector was fast and appears to have been thorough. Transaction was easy - once you pay the bill, you get the inspection report. Again, much different than what I’m accustomed to.
