Cant say enough about their responsiveness, professionalism and technical expertise that walked alongside us through this 9 month build journey. Documentation was excellent and relevant observations and code compliance issues brought to our attention were so helpful in attaining the best product possible. I would give Moore Inspections 100 stars if I could. My husband and I unequivocally recommend Moore Inspections to anyone looking for or considering a home inspection. You will not regret you did. Josh went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely detail oriented, friendly, patient, and accommodating. We had to reschedule our home inspection multiple times due to construction delays (one of which was last minute, less than 12 hours before our scheduled inspection) and did so without any trouble. During the inspection, Josh found things we would never have known were concerns (one of which was a major concern), stayed longer than requested to explain what the inspection report meant, and helped us identify areas we needed to note that werent necessarily a part of an inspection. I, seriously, cannot say enough great things about Josh or express just how grateful we are for his help.

We recently used Moore Inspections for a house we were hoping to close on. They were quick to schedule and showed up on time. It turned out the house had a lot of problems and the Moores took the time to answer all our questions and explain all their findings to us. They were thorough, professional, honest, and nice. I was able to get an inspection done within one day. The inspector was very professional, took the time to explain to me any terms that I didnt understand, and made sure I understood why he was marking out certain things as deficient. He also explained things that might look like problems but were to be expected, either because of normal wear and tear, or because of the age of the house. He took pictures of anything that might be an issue and those photographs were part of the report that I received the next day. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and very educational experience. I would highly recommend this business.

We were out of town buyers, our Realtor was with Mr. Moore during the inspection. The inspection was very thorough, covered many things I could easily determine that I could fix myself; and others I would rather the seller would fix. While I am a Licensed Engineer for operation of power plants, The inspector was very informed in issues I was not aware of from past inspections performed for us. As thorough as the inspection was there were a few issues not addressed that are an issue now.Several windows were identified as needing replacement, there are several more including a door with bad seals and vapor/cloudiness in the panes. There was water in the pan under the A/C unit in the attic to a level that the water sensor was submerged. While I was repairing the disconnected duct identified during the inspection, I discovered the water issue. Water appears to be leaking out of the A/C unit, no cause has been determined.Over all, the inspection was done very well. In reviewing the details of the inspection, I need to get busy on some of the more pressing issues that Mr.More presented that I over looked.I am also a Licensed Real Estate Agent, who will very likely call on Mr. Moore for future home inspection in our now home state of Texas; very pleased
