    I called MI&T, the team came and looked at our office building or identified several rooms that had mold, the amount of mold that we had is a risk to health. I spoke with Nathan today and he did a great job educating me on what I need to look for when it comes to mold and how to keep mold from growing. I wasnt sure if I actually needed an inspection since I just had one. I am quite impressed with how this company is not out to just take from its customers and how responsive they are.     Ok, really, when you are trying to figure out whos going to screw you in this horrible real estate market, MI&T will assure you that its not going to happen on their watch. Inspector was Professional and went over everything as it was a home he was buying for himself....(he was in the attic so long we thought he got lost!) LOL

    I purchased one. Tested the window. Black Mold grew like crazy. Various types of toxic spores were present. I went back and purchased more to test the air quality. Those took a couple of days to develop. I sat them right under the air ducts. Again, black mold and other molds grew like crazy. Definitely worth it. Affordable price. You do need to mail in the petri dish. $40.00 but thats better than $425.00 and up for a professional to come out to test. If no mold develops at all by 72 hours, you probably dont have mold. The air test were very tiny at first. Then they all spread like wildfire. You dont need much to test the surface.
