    We had a mold problem at our old house. MI&T came at the lowest cost, and they did a great job. I only talked to the technicians for a couple of minutes, but they seemed to know what they were doing. I was very satisfied.

    I called MI&T looking for a second opinon following my apartment complexs maintenance guys report I received. It was basically just him looking around and bleaching suspicious areas. This company was prompt, professional and incredibly thorough. They really helped me out in a bad situation since it was very obvious that my apartment complex only had THEIR best interest in mind, definitely not mine or my familys. This company was incredibly genuine and honest and very forthcoming. I can not recommend them enough.

    MI&T is the best to clean mold and algae from your house. If you are reading this review then you got the major issue at your place. I will not write more If you got mold issue just call MI&T and you come to know how experienced they are.

    My husband walked with the crew during our inspections and they didnt mind at all. In fact, it seems they truly enjoy having the buyer there so you can see exactly how they are doing things and what they are using to obtain certain measurements. Toward the end, they even go over the summary breakdown of what may need to be replaced or repaired. Great customer service! Would highly recommend!!
