Damn good Job Chad! You went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I wasnt going to get manhandled by all the repairs and hidden stuff that wasnt fixed! Chad saved me from buying the equivalent of a Bud Light house at the price that the listing agent wanted. Chad crawled all over that house to catch all the stuff that the seller doesnt want you to see. Ill highly recommend Chad for all home inspections. -
