As everyone know, there a lot involved when buying a home, its a very stressful process, However its rewarding in the end. As we all know, One of the requirements is buyer inspection. Therefore I was in search of finding someone to do my home inspection, I was referred to many different companies by friends,which by the way didnt work out for me. I also looked on Google to do my own research to find a Inspection companies. Upon calling different companies when doing any kind of business, I usually like calling the business and talking with someone from the company to get a feel for the company and the person who picks up that phone when I call a company The tone of that conversation , the friendliness and the customer service I get immediately from that call, helps me determine if Im going to use that company or not. whats the Ol saying, 1st impressions is everything, Boy are they right about that Ol saying. When calling Henson Home Inspection, A friendly voice answered my call, And that friendly voice was Mr.Max, he was so welcoming from the start of that conversation. I could tell when Max answered my call, he was Smiling through the phone, Max explained the services, the process of the services, Max is very professional and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and concerns, and Max schedule my Inspection within 2 days, which I was ok with, I had just signed my contract for my home the same day, I reached out to this company to inquire about Inspection. Max is also a wonderful communicator, He will continue to follow up with you throughout the process. Max is also very good at his job, Inspecting the home, and the pool very thoroughly, throughout the whole process, Max go over everything hes doing throughout the Inspection and he answers all questions and concerns you may have without rushing through the process, or making you feel your asking to many questions ( which I know We asked the same question more than once) 😁 however Max demeanor was the same in person as it was on the phone when I made my 1st call to him. I will definitely be referring everyone to Henson Inspection. Thanks again Max for everything youre the Best, and thank you for letting us know We can still call you anytime with any questions we may have . Even though our services have been completed. Max didnt treat us like a number, Max treated us like family!

Max was very professional. He was very thorough with his inspection and also explain to me what he was looking for and why. He told me what to look out for and how to recognize any issues with my home. Prior to his inspection, I saw a few things that I wanted noted in the inspection but when he arrived he was able to find issues I didnt see at all. The inspection overall went well and I was very happy I used him. He submitted the report the same day so there was no delay. I had a very positive experience with him and I would use him again and recommend him to others.

With how the housing market has been, we would reach out to Max to ensure he was available if we went under contract to do the inspection at the beginning of the option period. He was very flexible and ready to do the inspection immediately!He was very thorough in his inspection and reporting. As first time homebuyers, it was great having an inspector who generally was looking out for us instead of just going through the motions of the job. He was not only prompt in his responsiveness at the beginning but with the formal report.
