    Best inspection for buying a home in the area. Nelson was fantastic. He worked with us on timing, and caught things most would overlook. In fact, we used a different but highly rated company to inspect a house several months ago. The inspector missed major points (like water stains on closet ceiling and hairline cracks in the corners of the house) that we had to point out and ask him about. Not only did Nelson point out a lot of things we didn’t see, but he was happy to have me tag along and ask tons of questions. Just a really nice and smart person. Extremely competent. I feel very confident in the report I got and will absolutely recommend this company and Nelson specifically in the future. Great value and peace of mind.

    Nelson, of Legacy Inspection Group, was exactly what I was hoping for in an inspector. He was very professional during his inspection and explained everything he found or anything I ask him about. Being able to follow him around on the inspection allowed me to see and hear everything that he noted. We are purchasing an older home and wanted to see if there was anything we should expect for repairs prior to closing. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality and professional home inspection. If I ever need another home inspection, I WILL be calling Nelson again.     Nelson was fantastic. He was able to work me into his busy schedule which was really impressive as the property I needed the inspection on was an hour out of Abilene. He was on time to the appointment, was very detailed, and returned the inspection report to me very quickly. As time was of the essence on this property, I really appreciated his responsiveness.

    They do good work. I have a house and they inspected it real good. They found a few issues that I was able to send to my home builders before my warranty expires. All around, the home inspectors that work here are the type of people I trust to do a thorough inspection while doing zero damage, to my property.     Professional service and knowledgeable Inspection Group. We are not from Abilene and hired the Legacy Group to inspect a home we were buying for our college daughter. Sometimes its now easy to find out the problems and issues of a home that you are already emotional invested in buying. Nelson gave it to us gently... and informed us of the knob and tube wiring the home had and suggested we contact a licensed electrician who could educate us better of the potential hazards and dangers that could occur.All other issues which came up on Nelsons inspection report gave us a good snapshot of the history of the home and exposed all other issues that needed to be addressed. Would definitely recommend Legacy Inspection Group.

    Simple to set up, report sent quickly, very thorough, would use again. BUT now Im waiting to see if the follow up emails start looking like a pile of spam??? First one was less than 24 hours after the inspection about cleaning my air filters. Perhaps when they read this review they will take me off that list ;)
