I know some people have a fear of bad inspectors when buying a house, but I promise you Alex treats the inspection as if he was the one buying the house. 10/10 recommend

    Alex did an amazing job. He answered all of my questions with enough detail, but in laymans terms. Im not the most knowledgeable in buying a house, but he helped me feel confident in the issues with the home and what I would expect. From minor to major, he helped me understand exactly what he was looking at and what it meant for me. Also, he squeezed me into his schedule in a short amount of time and was very responsive and professional. I am not always available early mornings, but he had no issues with the after business hour call. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

    Alex Zepeda, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and has excellent customer service. He answered every question that I had regarding the inspection from the very first phone call that I made to schedule the inspection, all the way to the very end when the inspection was completed. I feel that he was very thorough with the inspection and with the explanation of the findings. Drone pictures and videos were provided in the inspection report which were very easy to navigate. Alex also informed me that even after the inspection I could still call if questions or concerns arise in the future. I had a great experience with Alex. 10 out of10, I highly recommend.     Best home inspection we’ve ever had. Very thorough and detailed. Pointed out the “red” marks that dealt more with safety than cosmetics. A good amount of drone pics to give you a good overall view of the property. Also, the inspection was started at 8 am and the report was sent to us at 6 pm the same day! Highly recommended.

    AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME experience with Alex Zepeda, from our initial interaction until now. I am a first time home buyer so every step of this journey is new but Alex made the home inspection step less stressful. His customer service is superb. He is very personable and polite. He informed me of what I should expect as well providing me with realistic time-frames to when I should receive my report, and what to do after I receive my report. The report was extremely detailed and included pictures, videos, and comments with descriptions. Alex told me to call him so we could go over the report together and I did. His professional knowledge, ability to educate a layperson as myself, and still provide excellent customer service was very comforting. I felt as if I was walking through the home with him. He told me that he inspects a house as if he would be the person that is buying it and my family and I felt that as we reviewed the report with him. One of the biggest things that stood out to me and gave me additional assurance was the fact that you can tell he enjoys this job and providing excellent service. That is something that is important to me when paying for a service and he didnt disappoint. Again, I had an awesome experience with Alex and very grateful to receive his services.

    Alex is AMAZING! You can rest easy knowing that he has throughly checked your new potential home. First of all, he was double booked but made the time today, on the 4th of July, to ensure that the home inspection was completed within our time frame. Also, we had the report shortly after; which again, I wasn’t expecting because of the holiday. The report was sooo detailed. There were not only too many pictures to even count off the top of my head, but videos that were beneficial since we couldn’t be there. Alex then called to go over the report in even more detail to make sure we didn’t have any questions and gave in-depth explanations. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I highly recommend him!

    It was hard finding an inspector in the time frame I needed. Mr. Zepeda was prompt in getting back to us and scheduling my inspection. His prices were incredibly reasonable and he was thorough and detailed. The house was quite old; pier and beam at that, with limited crawl space access. Even after the inspection he was available to answer any questions. He definitely helped alleviate some concerns me and my family had about living in an older home. It was a great experience!

    One of the best home inspectors you could hire in the area. If you want a reliable inspection report that you could rely on, Alex is the man you want.You can tell from the very beginning when meeting Alex that he cares about you as a customer and will not sugarcoat anything that he finds. He tells it as it is.I had a secondary request AFTER the original inspection report that was completed on time and delivered to me promptly. Although the secondary inspection request was outside of the scope of a home inspection, Alex returned the next day to perform the secondary inspection.
