Please don’t forget a third party inspection before closing on your home purchase.I was referred here by a friend and they were awesome. Super responsive so much that I was shocked. Within minutes of placing the call they had already called our builder and confirmed our upcoming inspection. Kyler who they sent out, who I also asked for was top notch. He knew his stuff more importantly he made it clear we work for you. Ultimately if you’re buying something like a home you want to make sure everything is in order and he did just that. Kyler performed our final new home construction inspection and was extremely thorough. He did a great job walking us through his findings to help us understand what we needed the builder to resolve and the report he provided was clear and exhaustive. We also had Kissee Inspection Services do our structural and mechanical inspection which was equally thorough and really helped ensure that everything in the home was done to code and per our specifications. Building a home from scratch is a very involved process and can be emotionally taxing. Its also usually the largest single investment anyone makes. Do yourself a favor and let Kissee Inspection Services help you get what youre paying for and give you piece of mind throughout the process. Inspecting an existing home isnt the same as inspecting a new build and its worth every penny to go with someone who really knows how to help you navigate this process. Well be having them out again for an 11-month inspection before our warranty runs out and Ill be recommending them to everyone who asks!

Steven Fangio was professional and knowledgeable. Even though this was a new home inspection, he found a few things that the builder will need to fix. Things that I would have missed and/or not even known about to look at. Honesty and Integrity is shown from the day I called to set up the inspection, to the day an inspector showed up. I also got the detailed report with many pictures and explanations sooner than I thought. They state, next day for the report, but I got mine within 5 hours of going over everything the inspector saw and notated in detail. Will recommend to anyone that wants peace of mind, but also you get what you pay for and this company is worth every penny.

I called the Kissee on Monday and they were able to come for a Wednesday afternoon inspection. The inspector was early to the house and preformed the inspection in a timely manner. Once the inspection was completed he walked me through what he saw and showed me the pictures he took. He explained what he saw and what should be considered when buying the house. There were pictures of multiple different areas, such as foundation, electrical, attic & roof. The inspector helped me figure out what should be okay and what should be fixed before we moved in.
