Kelly Inspection Services did a phenomenal job going over our new build with a fine tooth comb. Andy, found 9 recommendations that were helpful to provide to the construction manager to be mitigated promptly. There were a few things that were missed during a blue tape walk through that Andy found. Upon arrival to my appt I was provided the inspection sheet and we physically looked over everything that was recommended by Kelly Inspection Services. This way I was able to put eyes on the concerns that were brought to my attention. The process was smooth and easy. I had to reschedule twice due to appliances yet to be installed and they were extremely flexible with my schedule. At the end I was also given an annual inspection sheet that has monthly recommendations on what to check on throughout the year, including changing smoke detector batteries. That was an added bonus especially with us being new homeowners. I would highly recommend Kelly Inspection Services for any home inspection needs.

Andy inspected our home we have under contract and the service was incredible! Quick but still thorough. He went through the report and explained everything in terms anyone could understand. Made this step of the process easy and painless! We forgot we needed a separate termite inspection and when we told him he went back, right after he had already left the house, and completed it for us!! It was a mistake on our part, but he still went back with no complaints and got it handled for us!!I have always recommended Kelly Inspection to anyone and everyone but now that I have personally used their services, I can whole heartedly recommend them!!!

Making for a quick set appointment. We received our report as soon as he finished explaining the inspection to us. In our 2100 sq ft townhome it took Andy about 2.5 hours to get the inspection completed while we measured out space for furniture.

And explain how its supposed to be. Definitely listen to them and take in everything they say. As a home is an investment and they want your home to built and meet proper standards. Thorough and detailed inspection. Inspector was promp, on time and communicated concerns very well. The report I received had detailed pictures with descriptions and possible causes for each issue. I had inspected the home before reaching out to them and had spent hours at the property and the Inspector still found many more defects than I had. They are worth every penny whether it be for pre home purchase or 11 month inspections.

The online process to schedule an inspection was so easy and convenient to do! I scheduled on a Sunday expecting to hear back on Monday at the earliest since it was a weekend,however I got a call from the most cheerful receptionist confirming my appointment within 10 minutes. She really was a joy to talk to! Andy -our inspector does his job extremely well. We don’t live in the area and unfortunately couldn’t be there for the inspection. We loved how he took the time in his video report to give us a Walk through of all the things he found. He was very thorough and we were happy with his service. First, signing the form and making the payment was simple and fast by clicking a convenient link. Secondly, I honestly was worried about reading the report. This was due to me being a first time home buyer and I was worried that I wasnt going to understand many inspection terms. Little did I know I had nothing to worry about! The report system provides a summary and or full report of your residence and irrigation system. I appreciated the summary because the photographs, comments, and graphs made it extremely easy to understand. You can also save both files with no difficulty for your records.
