    Have you ever had a conversation with a person you’ve never met, but could instantly tell that the person your speaking with is genuine and caring? It’s rare in this day in age, but I’d have to share this story for others to be aware. I’m in the process attempting to obtain licensure as a home inspector. So I decided to do a little “recon” and called numbers from google to ask questions about the industry from the perspective of someone actually in the field. I must have called around 7 numbers all to which pretty much disregarded any conversation that wasn’t initially about spending money even though I may sign on later once licensed. No one wanted to spend a few moments on the phone. As I was beginning to give up I got a call from a Mr. Joe Poole, and as you may guess as to the introduction of this short paragraph, the charismatic and genuine nature was like a beacon of light at the end of a dark tunnel. I’d say he spent about 30 minutes of his personal time giving me the ins and outs, the pros and cons and also some life testimonials which quickly become more of a conversation with an old friend rather than a business conference as it seemed. All in all what I’m saying is, you just don’t come across too many people who shine like Mr. Poole.... and a mans character is defined by how you treat others. Standing ovation to you sir it was nothing less than a pleasure to speak with you!I’d recommend the company simply on that fact. Take care

POOLE IS AN ABSOLUTE PRICELESS AND PHENOMENAL INSPECTOR.I state this because I am a First Time Home Buyer, therefore, I was already extremely apprehensive as it relates to all thats required with purchasing a home. Mr. Poole, from the first time I spoke with him over the phone made me feel totally at ease for he recognized that I was nervous. Because time was of the essence, he was extremely respectful of that, and accommodated me with an appointment expeditiously, and met me at my the residence, as promised, and ON TIME. From the beginning to the end of the inspection, Mr. Poole was very kind, funny, informative, addressing questions that Id written down to ask him but didnt have to, and even some questions that were vitally important that I hadnt any clue to ask, for thats how thorough he is. Mr. Poole was also extremely detailed, stopping often to ask if I had any questions, making sure that I totally undersood the entire process. In addition to that, Mr. Poole is very affordable, and efficient, so much so that after hed concluded the inspection, he processed, completed, and printed out my report ON SITE, therefore, I didnt have to be inconvenienced with the normal wait time of receiving it within several business days.
