Joel is great and friendly. He came in on time and got to working on our mold inspection. He took time to tell us everything that was happening and was upfront about all pricing. We had gotten a rental asked if we should do a house inspection on top of the mold inspection. He said he could do it, but wouldnt recommend it because we didnt own the home and we werent staying in it for long. We really appreciated his feedback and honesty. I would consider using him again especially when we buy a home in the future.

Mr. JP was absolutely amazing! My buyer was on a time crunch with option ending on a Sunday. After googling him and reading the awesome reviews, we gave it a shot. He answered the phone at 9pm on a Friday night, well after operating hours. He was so helpful and willing to make it work in time. He did the inspection himself on a Sunday and gave the report same day. He also followed up with a call to explain anything we had questions on Very accommodating! Mr. Poole very punctual and thorough in his report. I like that he walks through the home with you while talking you through the report so you see what he sees and you can ask questions and bring up any concerns. My experience with Mr. Poole had to be the best possible inspection experience I could’ve had as a first a first time home buyer! Mr. Poole walked me through his report and let me know what was good and bad about the home. During his walkthrough of his inspection report, he answered my questions and was very thorough. He even gave suggestions on what we should do and who to reach out to. Even afterwards I had a couple of concerns not mentioned in his report and he was gracious enough to include it in his report. Highly knowledgeable about what he does and accommodating. I definitely recommend JP’s Real Estate Inspections if you need an inspection or just want to ask questions about your home!
