IQ Inspections and everyone involved with them are rare breeds. Stephen, the owner, helped us a great deal with two houses we needed checked out. One was new construction and the other was a few years old. Stephen was knowledgeable, patient and easy to talk to. He always communicated and was eager to help. Stephen inspected a house for my parents that they are purchasing site unseen except threw videos calls. With Stephen being so thorough and very detailed in his inspection report and threw verbal communication my parents feel very comfortable with their house purchase. Fast response for getting to house and for his report, very professional but very friendly also. Highly recommend.
