Id have a lot less gray hairs if every business handled themselves like Interspect. They squeezed me (a new customer) in on short notice when i had a house under contract. They were very quick to respond whenever i called, and they didnt throw any kind of weird bundled pricing gimmicks at me. They were more than happy to walk me thru the home and talk thru everything instead of just saying look at our report. The level of detail, knowledge on so many things, guidance on i would worry more about that issue over there rather than this issue over here, and willingness to adddess all my questions helped me make an informed decision and I ended up canceling the contract. 100 percent greatest inspection company about there. I was able to get my inspection done exactly when I needed it both times. Eric did my inspection 11 months ago came back per my request and did an outstanding job. He referenced my old inspection to double check things were taken care of and every time I thought of some new possibly stupid question or thought he immediately Went over with it with me explaining things and making sure I knew what was happening or if it was something to be worried about. I will 100% be using this company any time I can in the future.
